OpenAPI 3.1.0 specification of the Next.js API: 72 of the 111 implemented operations are documented so far (DSP 2025-1, DCP v1.0, FHIR R4, OMOP CDM, HealthDCAT-AP). The PR Gate blocks any new route that is not in the spec, and the backlog only shrinks. Use Try it out to call live endpoints. Every route needs a session cookie (ADR-044) except the sign-in flows, the Keycloak address for the sign-in banner, the health probe, and the Klarbefund app's account creation, which answers only a verified Apple App Attest attestation (ADR-054).
